ReplyDeleteBeautiful soap! The first thing that came to my mind is a Tiger (like Judy). Tiger Eye is a great name. Since that's already taken, how about Tropical Tiger?
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful, they remind me a Tropical Summer Punch!
ReplyDeleteThe colors and swirls remind me of Art Nouveau, and the fragrances are tropical, so what about "Tropiques?"
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of a volcanic eruption: the black ash, red lava, tan sand shoreline against the blue ocean - all in a wavy pattern. The scents make me think of a tropical getaway - like Hawaii. So, how about Hawaiian eruption?
ReplyDeleteHawaiian Dream is my suggestion - I was inspired by the colors you see around the Hawaiin islands; fruits and flowers and black lava rock. Plus, Hawaii is a "dreamy" place to go. :)

Obviously I'm not publically answering you give vivid details as this is your creation but I've taken all the classes with Lori as well as your classes @ nova studio and have yet to take the plunge and feel inspired by you and your soaps!!!

ReplyDeleteHello! "Exotic Tropic" I love the dark swirl that intertwines throughout. The color theory is dazzlingly sexy and the fragrance sounds deluschious. Erin, your soaps are truly amazing. I love the Odds and Ends in the muslin bags.

ReplyDeleteHi! Thank you for the compliment! I am not sure about resources out there. You can check the Etsy Workshop http://www.etsy.com/blog/en/2011/make-it-work-an-etsy-success-photography-workshop/. I just like to make sure I have even natural indirect light. I take a few different exposures of each picture to ensure I get a good shot and that minimizes having to go back, set up again and reshoot. :)
